Warranty Policy
Our Promise to You
We want every splash and smile with your Kickboard to be worry-free. That’s why your Kickboard comes with our 1-year warranty from the day you bring it home. If something goes wrong because of a defect, we’ll repair it or send you a replacement – free of charge.
What’s Covered
For one whole year, we’ll take care of any problems caused by manufacturing defects. We’ve designed our boards to last, so you can focus on fun in the water.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by:
- Using the board in ways it wasn’t designed for (like in rough surf, saltwater, or extreme weather)
- Damage from drops, hits, or taking it apart
- Repairs done by anyone not authorized by us
- Natural wear and tear or damage after 12 months
