Free Returns/Exchanges (We Cover Costs)

You may request free returns within 15 days of delivery if your order meets any of these conditions:

  • Defective or damaged product (e.g.manufacturing flaws);
  • Product significantly differs from description (e.g., wrong design, size, or features);
  • Product unused in water with original packaging/accessories intact (pump, repair kit included).

Process:
Contact Support → Get prepaid return label → Ship item back → Refund/replacement in 3-5 business days after we received the goods.

Non-Free Returns (Customer Responsibilities)

Returns under these conditions require customer-paid costs:

  • Change of mind (e.g., "don't want it", color preference);
  • Product used in water, or damaged;
  • Beyond 15-day window.

Cost Breakdown:

  1. Shipping Fee: Actual return cost (provide receipt) deducted from refund;
  2. Restocking Fee: Up to 30% for used items (e.g., surface scratches, stains).

General Return Requirements

  1. Provide original order number;
  2. Authorization required (contact Eahora Shoals support first);
  3. Safety: Clean boards thoroughly—no sand, water, or debris.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method (credit card/PayPal) within 3-10 business days;
  • Restocking/shipping fees deducted from refund amount.

Tips:We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Damage from misuse (e.g., overloading, sharp objects);
  • Customized products (e.g., engraved boards);
  • Final sale items (marked "Final Sale").
